About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a General Assistant in our dessert shop. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, processing orders, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Key Responsibilities:
* Provide exceptional customer service by responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly
* Process customer orders accurately and efficiently
* Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including restocking shelves and cleaning equipment
* Perform cashier duties and handle cash transactions
* Assist with food preparation and cooking (for morning shift)

Requirements:
* Must be a Sporean or PR
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
* Basic knowledge of inventory management and stock control

Benefits:
* Competitive hourly rate ($10-$13/hour)
* Additional incentives for meeting minimum hours per week and attendance

Contract Details:
