Job Description:

The primary objective of this role is to spearhead fundraising initiatives and engage with donors, partners, and volunteers. This includes planning, coordinating, and executing projects that drive financial growth and sustainability.

Key responsibilities include strategic planning, donor and partner relations, fundraising initiatives and events, performance monitoring and reporting, and inter-departmental collaboration.

  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive fundraising strategies to support the organization's financial objectives.
  • Donor and Partner Relations: Establish and maintain meaningful relationships with corporate donors, sponsors, and other key stakeholders.
  • Fundraising Initiatives and Events: Conceptualize, plan, execute, and evaluate fundraising initiatives to generate funds for financial sustainability and growth.
  • Performance Monitoring and Reporting: Track and analyze fundraising performance to assess effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
  • Inter-Departmental Collaboration: Work closely with relevant teams to develop impactful marketing and outreach materials for fundraising campaigns.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

This role requires a strong background in sales, community partnerships, and fundraising, with a minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience.

  • Minimum 2 Years of Relevant Work Experience: In sales, community partnerships, or fundraising.
  • Experience in Organizing Events and Campaigns Management: An added advantage.
  • Good Oral and Written Communication Skills: Passionate about working with stakeholders and possessing excellent interpersonal skills.
