Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the implementation of ERP systems, ensuring seamless integration with business processes.
  • Analyse existing business processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement.
  • Manage ERP-related projects from initiation to completion, coordinating with cross-functional teams.
  • Deliver training programs for end-users to ensure effective use of ERP systems.
  • Undertake any other duties and projects as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
  • Min 3 years of experience as an ERP/System Lead or similar role.
  • In-depth knowledge of ERP systems, business processes, and improvement techniques.
  • Experience with ERP system upgrades and migrations preferred.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools.
  • Familiarity with SQL and data management tools preferred.
  • Certification in project management (e.g. PMP) or ERP systems preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
