About the Role:

• Crafting bespoke jewellery pieces with attention to detail and care.
• Guiding customers through emotional moments and helping them select keepsakes that reflect their memories and stories.
• Maintaining a store atmosphere that is inviting, peaceful, and serene.
• Leading activities to encourage bookings and orders.

To be successful in this role, you should possess strong communication skills, enjoy working independently, and have a warm, sincere, and empathetic nature. You should also be comfortable speaking with customers in sensitive situations and have experience in retail, design, or jewellery (although not necessary).

Sundays and Mondays: Off

Tuesdays to Fridays: 9:30am-8pm

Saturdays: 9:30am-5pm
