We are seeking an experienced NLP engineer to join our e-commerce department, responsible for researching and developing NLP algorithms for TikTok's overseas e-commerce business. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in NLP, with expertise in intelligent dialogue, machine translation, and cross-lingual search.
Responsibilities:
The selected candidate will be responsible for:
- Developing intelligent customer service solutions for TikTok and its affiliates.
- Improving machine translation quality for product information and communications between buyers and sellers.
- Supporting cross-lingual search capabilities.
- Conducting R&D in NLP, focusing on language understanding, building intelligent dialogue systems, multilingual text generation, machine translation, and cross-lingual search.
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, the ideal candidate should possess a minimum of 3 years of experience in a related field, with a preference for candidates experienced in NLP. Proficiency in at least one programming language (C/C++, Java, Go, Python) is also required.
