Job Role Overview

The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational and communication skills to ensure seamless delivery of training sessions.

  • Coordinate with facilities teams to prepare and set up training rooms, including technical equipment, room layout, and visual displays.
  • Oversee logistics for food and beverage arrangements, ensuring timely and high-quality service.
  • Greet participants, distribute materials, and provide responsive support to enhance the overall training experience.
  • Prepare all necessary training materials in advance and accurately track participant attendance.

Key Qualifications

  • Degree in a related field (ITE or Poly Diploma)
  • Relevant experience in IT and/or professional services industries an advantage
  • Background in learning operations or training administration beneficial

About This Opportunity

  • This is a 3-month contract position with potential extension to 4 months.
  • Responsibilities will include coordination of daily logistical operations, management of training materials, and provision of onsite support.
