Job Summary

This position involves model development, construction, documentation and production techniques. We are looking for a skilled individual who can prepare and update Revit models, attend on-site BIM meetings and create shop drawings and as-built documents.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and construct models using Revit software.
  • Prepare and update Revit models, including coordination drawings.
  • Attend on-site BIM meetings to discuss project progress.
  • Create shop drawings and as-built documents for submission.
  • Develop Revit families with parameters for project-specific use.
  • Ensure all drawings meet project specifications and requirements.
  • Collaborate with Project/A&A Teams on drawing amendments and updates.
  • Assist coordinators on design, drafting and other matters related to the project.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
  • Specialized training in BIM (Building Information Modeling) is an advantage.
  • Working experience in building or civil engineering projects is advantageous.
  • Good knowledge of AutoCAD and MEP modeling in Revit is required.
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in AutoCAD drafting, design, modeling, technical planning or engineering.
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in BIM authoring software (Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, etc).
  • Able to read and understand working drawings (M&E, architectural and structural).
  • Able to create Revit families with parameters.
  • Able to work independently, self-motivated, responsive and positive attitude.
