Job Title: Asset Management and Procurement Specialist

About the Job

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Asset Management and Procurement Specialist. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate records of the department's fixed assets, handling procurement matters, and providing secretarial support to the Director.

This is a full-time position that requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain accurate records of the department's fixed assets and comply with NUS financial policies and guidelines.
  • Handle procurement matters, including raising Purchase Orders and Service Requests using the Ariba system.
  • Provide secretarial support to the Director, including scheduling meetings and performing other administrative tasks.
  • Liaise with vendors for delivery orders, service works, invoices, and goods receipt.
  • Coordinate service requests for webcast and multimedia services.
  • Support the Multimedia Team in coordination of faculty briefings and recordings.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Diploma holders with at least 3 years' working experience in a similar capacity or degree holders may apply.
  • Good spoken and written communication skills.
  • Well-organized, meticulous, and resourceful.
  • Effective team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Positive work attitude and able to handle tasks independently.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
