Job Title: Senior HVAC Technician & Maintenance Specialist

A leading organization is seeking an experienced and skilled Executive Aircon Technician to take full responsibility for the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of air conditioning systems across residential, commercial, or industrial projects.

This senior-level role requires strong technical expertise, leadership skills, and the ability to work independently or supervise junior technicians when required.

The ideal candidate will possess a good working attitude, perform regular preventive maintenance on HVAC systems, diagnose and repair issues in air conditioning units, chillers, VRV/VRF systems, split units, and centralized HVAC systems. He/She must also install new air conditioning systems, ensuring proper configuration and safety compliance, supervise and guide junior technicians as needed, maintain records of maintenance and repair work, monitor system performance, and suggest efficiency improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform regular preventive maintenance on HVAC systems.
  • Diagnose and repair issues in air conditioning units, chillers, VRV/VRF systems, split units, and centralized HVAC systems.
  • Install new air conditioning systems, ensuring proper configuration and safety compliance.
  • Supervise and guide junior technicians as needed.
  • Maintain records of maintenance and repair work.
  • Monitor system performance and suggest efficiency improvements.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an HVAC Technician, with at least 10+ years in air conditioning maintenance and repair.
  • Vocational or technical certification in HVAC systems.
  • Strong knowledge of electrical and mechanical components of HVAC systems.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams and manuals.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication skills and customer service orientation.
  • Valid driver's license (if required for field work).
