Job Title: Retail Sales Associate

Our retail sales associate role involves providing excellent customer service, attending to customer needs, and ensuring a positive shopping experience. The ideal candidate will be a team player with strong communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
• Greet and attend to customers in a friendly and courteous manner
• Serve drinks to customers in a timely and efficient manner
• Maintain accurate inventory levels and perform regular stock takes
• Assist with any other retail duties as assigned by management

Requirements:
• Minimum N/O/A level qualifications or equivalent
• Ability to commit to working retail hours, including weekends
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Flexibility to start immediately (from 14 Dec onwards)
