The successful candidate will play a key role in enhancing the guest experience at our wildlife reserve. Key responsibilities include operating the tram along designated routes, providing commentary, and ensuring safety and service standards are always met.
- Main Responsibilities:
- Operate the tram along designated routes and provide engaging commentary.
- Crowd management and assistance with guest enquiry/feedback.
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Possess a minimum GCE 'N' Level qualification.
- Hold a valid Class 3 Driving License.
- Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Present themselves professionally, confidently, and energetically.
- Be able to work on weekends and public holidays.
- Earn and maintain required certifications to ensure compliance with regulations.
