This Strategic Digital Transformation Lead role involves gathering and analyzing client requirements, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of their needs and objectives. Providing strategic insights and guidance to clients, proactively influencing decisions, is another key aspect. Effective communication of client requirements to the off-shore delivery team fosters alignment and collaboration for successful project execution. Additionally, taking on a leadership role within projects, identifying opportunities for further engagement and project expansion, is crucial. Pre-sales activities in Japan and Singapore require support, focusing on delivery aspects in collaboration with partner sales. Enhancing internal team operations, optimizing workflows, and improving efficiency are also essential responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:- Gather and analyze client requirements, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of their needs and objectives.
- Provide strategic insights and guidance to clients, proactively influencing decisions.

- Support pre-sales activities in Japan and Singapore, focusing on delivery aspects in collaboration with partner sales.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- At least 10 years of experience in consulting, project management, or a related role within digital transformation, or product management.
- Proven track record of managing client-facing projects, especially in a leadership capacity.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess client needs, identify gaps, and develop innovative solutions.
- Familiarity with product management frameworks and agile methodologies.
- Proficiency in Japanese at a business level is required for engaging the Japanese market.
