Technical Services Specialist

We seek a highly skilled technical services specialist to join our team of engineering experts. As a key member, you will deliver high-quality repair services and technical support to clients in the air technology sector.

The primary responsibilities include:

  • Troubleshooting and repairing mechanical equipment such as vacuum pumps and compressors.
  • Running and interpreting quality control test results, making diagnostic recommendations.
  • Preparing service and safety documentation, including work permits, safe work procedures, method statements, risk assessments, and service reports.
  • Staying up-to-date with advancements in your field and attending workshops as required.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers.
  • Collaborating with other technicians/engineers as part of project teams.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum higher NITEC/ITE qualification in Mechanical Engineering.
  • At least 2 years of experience in servicing and repairing facilities equipment, preferably with expertise in vacuum pumps, compressors, and diaphragm pumps.
  • Basic knowledge of electrical circuits, engineering, and safety principles.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • Self-motivation and a results-oriented approach.
  • A willingness to take initiative and continually improve your skills.
