We are looking for a dynamic professional to fill a role that is vital to our foundation.

This position is responsible for enhancing the organisation's visibility and stakeholder engagement through strategic communications, while also ensuring a high standard of service and responsiveness to feedback.

Strong communication skills and empathy are required in handling stakeholder interactions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategise, spearhead and develop an integrated marketing and brand communication plan
  • Lead, develop and deliver signature events and campaigns
  • Review and refine our brand guidelines
  • Identify and build collaborative relationships with key business partners
  • Develop and initiate an internal communication plan
Experience:
At least 5 years of experience in corporate communications and/or patient service/feedback management
