Health Sales Driver

We are seeking a skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Health Sales Driver. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving health sales, creating sales opportunities, and monitoring sales activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor agency sales through appropriate sales analyses and reports
- Be project lead for assigned health initiatives and projects
- Create a culture of commitment and achievement
- Work closely with the agency distribution team to drive health sales
- Assist in the development of sales initiatives to drive activities and performance
- Handle all issues and queries for agency leaders and financial consultants to ensure alignment with business goals
- Be the health specialist handling product queries
- Develop positive business relationships with internal and external customers
- Manage and drive the implementation of process improvements
Requirements:
- Strong leadership qualities and a mind towards excellence
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Dynamic individual who thrives in a fast-moving environment
- Strong analytical and Excel skills
- Experience in performance management
Desirable Qualifications:
- Sales experience in the insurance industry preferably life
- Agency distribution experience
- Knowledge of MediShield Life and Integrated Shield
