Job DescriptionThis position involves ensuring customer bookings are promptly documented and processed. The ideal candidate will have experience with logistics management, data entry, and shipping. They will work closely with sales personnel to keep them informed about their bookings. Upon receiving booking confirmation from shippers, the Customer Service team will book shipment direct with shipping lines or consol for both FCL and LCL cargo.
The successful candidate will arrange trucking and collection of cargo if required. They will also ensure all cargoes are sent in good condition and address any damage or issues promptly. Good communication skills, adaptability, and teamwork are essential for this role.
RequirementsCandidates should have GCE O Level / Diploma or Degree in Logistics Management or equivalent. They must also have 1 to 3 years of relevant experience. The ideal candidate will be proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, and Word.
