Financial Operations Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Operations Specialist to join our team. This role will be responsible for managing the overall financial operations of the organization, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all financial processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Consolidate and review month-end closing reports for the organization
  • Prepare monthly cash flow forecasts with commentaries for senior management
  • Manage accounts receivable functions, including timely billing and collection
  • Oversee audit and tax filings for all entities within the group

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in financial operations or accounting
  • Proficiency in financial software applications and systems
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
