Project Strategy Lead

The Project Strategy Lead is a critical role in driving business growth, innovation, and change within an organization.

Job Description

The Project Strategy Lead will be responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing strategic and transformation projects across the organization. This includes scope definition, project planning, resource allocation, and risk management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and present business cases to support project initiatives, ensuring clear articulation of benefits, costs, and risks.
  • Drive strategic planning efforts to align projects with organizational goals and priorities.
  • Lead end-to-end project management for strategic and transformation initiatives.
  • Collaborate with business and support function stakeholders to understand their objectives, requirements, and transformation agenda.
  • Establish the Program Management Office (PMO) structure, reporting framework, templates, channels, and cadence to effectively monitor progress.
  • Facilitate stakeholder alignment and buy-in through effective communication, negotiation, and influence strategies.
  • Manage and monitor project progress, establish and track key performance indicators, and ensure project milestones are met.
