Job Opportunity: On-Site Project Supervisor

Job Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned project supervisor to oversee the construction process and ensure timely completion of projects.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Oversight: Manage site operations, supervise site staff, and coordinate with stakeholders.
  • Quality Control: Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies to minimize disruptions.
  • Team Leadership: Mentor and develop site staff to improve skills and knowledge.
  • Communication: Foster effective communication among team members, stakeholders, and clients.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Education and Qualifications: Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering or equivalent. Registered as a project supervisor with relevant authorities.

Experience: 3 to 10 years of relevant experience in site supervision or project management.

Skills and Knowledge:

  • Technical Knowledge: Strong technical understanding of construction processes and industry standards.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to resolve site issues efficiently and effectively.
  • Laws and Regulations: Familiarity with local building codes, regulations, and authority requirements.
  • Safety Management: Completion of at least one safety course and ability to identify potential safety hazards.
  • Administrative Skills: Organizational skills to maintain discipline and manage personnel records.
  • Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively as a team player.
