Job Title: Strategic Workforce Developer

Salary:$120,000 - $150,000 per annum, depending on experience

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated People Operations Manager to join our team at SHIELD AI TECHNOLOGIES PTE. LTD. As a key member of our People Operations team, you will play a critical role in helping us become a great place to work for our employees globally.

The successful candidate will have a passion for executing functions independently while working collaboratively with our teams to support our People Ops projects in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic workforce plans to optimize our employees' talents and drive business results.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with our management team to ensure effective communication and alignment between leadership and employees.
  • Design and oversee employee benefit programs that attract, retain, and engage top talent.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to our team leads, providing guidance on human resources issues and supporting their HR needs.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to streamline recruitment processes and drive end-to-end talent acquisition.
  • Manage staffing issues, including mediating disputes and directing disciplinary procedures, in accordance with our policies and procedures.
  • Ensure all employees receive regular performance feedback, coaching, and development opportunities to enhance their skills and career growth.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business or related fields.
  • A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in People Operations, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with diverse stakeholders.
  • A strong affinity for critical thinking, hands-on execution, and result orientation.
  • Demonstrated capabilities in people and project management, with a proven track record of delivering results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Versatility, perseverance, and a strong initiative mindset.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team to drive business outcomes.
