Programme Coordinator - Sport

We are seeking a skilled and organized Programme Coordinator to take on the responsibilities of managing multiple sport programmes.

  • Responsibilities:
    • Instructor/Facilitator Scheduling: The Programme Coordinator will be responsible for scheduling Instructors/Facilitators for 300+ weekly classes across different locations each month, ensuring optimal coverage and programme success.
    • Instructor/Facilitator Sourcing: This role involves identifying and confirming suitable Instructors/Facilitators for programmes based on client objectives and themes, utilising negotiation skills to secure the best candidates.
    • Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong relationships with Instructors/Facilitators is crucial to ensure program success and encourage repeat business.
    • Programme Briefing: Providing clear and concise instructions to Instructors/Facilitators regarding programme details, including logistical information and client expectations.
    • Programme Evaluation: Continuously evaluating and adjusting programmes based on feedback from clients and affiliated companies, enabling data-driven decision making.
    • Performance Monitoring: Monitoring the performance and discipline of Instructors/Facilitators, ensuring adherence to our code of conduct and upholding high standards of service delivery.
    • Record-Keeping: Tracking and maintaining updated records of incidents during events, including incident reports and follow-up actions.
    • Payment Verification: Verifying Instructor/Facilitator logsheets at the beginning of each month for payment processing, ensuring timely and accurate payment.
Requirements:
  • Diploma or Degree in any discipline from a recognized institution is welcome.
  • At least two to three years of relevant working experience is required, preferably in a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are necessary to build strong relationships with instructors and other stakeholders.
  • Candidates who can start work immediately or at short notice will have an advantage.
