The role of Banking Officer is to investigate and review corporate fraud and financial crime risks within a banking institution.

  • Investigate/review corporate fraud and financial crime risks
  • Review account transactions for red flags on fraud and financial crime risks
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external customers
  • Compile and document case review findings and recommendations
  • Ensure timely reporting and escalation of significant risk issues
  • Manage the case register and statistics to track team performance

Required qualifications include a minimum Diploma or Graduate Degree from a recognized tertiary institution, preferably in Accountancy, Banking, Economics, or Law. At least one to two years of experience in investigations and/or audit is also preferred.
