Role Profile:

The Beauty Therapist is a key representative of a luxury brand, responsible for providing exceptional facial care to our guests. This role involves performing a range of treatments designed to address the primary wellness needs of our clients. The ideal candidate will possess professional flexibility and broad-based skills, enabling them to adapt to various work activities. As a Facial Therapist, you will contribute to the extension of the customer's experience by offering home care and performing product sales.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-quality, therapeutically beneficial, and professionally elegant facial treatments to our customers.
  • Educate clients on self-care and home care practices.
  • Perform all facial treatments therapy available.
  • Conduct consultations to evaluate client needs and expectations, determining the most effective program.
  • Manage appointments and maintain punctuality.
  • Interact cooperatively with other team members to provide a seamless customer experience.
  • Be sensitive to each guest's comfort level and service needs.
  • Present a warm, gracious, and professional demeanor to customers and colleagues.
  • Adhere to high professional standards in dress, grooming, language, and lifestyle.
  • Practice the highest standards of sanitation, neatness, and visual presentation.
  • Actively build repeat clientele.
  • Sales skills, meet retail sales performance requirements.
  • Consistently record and update client records.
  • Assist in performing other expected tasks and duties, such as stocking, treatment room cleanliness, and bookings.
  • Attend and participate in all general and team meetings.
Requirements:
  • CIDESCO/CIBTAC Certificate is mandatory.
  • Familiarity with facial treatment processes.
  • Retail sales and customer service experience are highly desired.
  • Enjoy working in a team environment and interacting with colleagues.
  • High energy, able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Customer service orientation.
  • Be coachable and open to learning new things.
  • Flexible and cooperative.
