  • Receive and manage feedback, suggesting ideas to improve workflow and enhance overall operations.
  • Monitor daily transport operations, coordinating with stakeholders in case of contingencies and ensuring seamless execution.
  • Report and maintain records of incidents and accidents for future review and improvement.
Requirements
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating responsibility and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to communicate effectively with English and Mandarin speaking clients, responding to contingencies before and after working hours.
  • Flexible working hours, including Mondays to Saturdays.
