AI Specialist for Search E-Commerce

As an AI Software Developer, you will be responsible for optimizing query analysis and text relevance matching, understanding e-commerce video content and implementing multi-modal matching, and improving users' perception of product authority. You will also design and implement end-to-end ranking systems to improve users' personalized shopping interests model and increase shopping conversion efficiency.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Enhance Search Quality and User Experience: Optimize query analysis and text relevance matching, understand e-commerce video content and implement multi-modal matching, improve users' perception of product authority.
- Design and Implement End-to-End Ranking System: Improve users' personalized shopping interests model, increase shopping conversion efficiency for merchandise, video, and live stream.
- Promote Ecosystem Development: Solve challenging problems, think, analyze, and adjust the evolution of the system to achieve long-term growth.
Requirements:
- Industry work experience in artificial intelligence.
- Good product sense with a focus on user experience.
- Excellent coding skills.
- Bachelor or advanced degree in computer science or a related technical discipline.
