Consumer Appliances Product Manager

As a senior product professional, you will be responsible for driving the development and management of consumer appliances products. Your primary focus will be on supporting the product development process, coordinating product launches, and ensuring alignment between marketing, sales, and customer feedback.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Product Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop new consumer appliance products that meet customer needs, safety standards, and industry regulations.
  • Product Strategy: Define product strategies, positioning, and value propositions that resonate with target customers.
  • Marketing Collaboration: Work with marketing teams to develop product messaging and promotional strategies.
  • Supply Chain Management: Coordinate with suppliers and supply chain teams to ensure timely product delivery and high-quality standards.
  • Documentation and Analysis: Prepare product documentation, such as technical specifications, marketing materials, and sales tools, while analyzing product performance, sales data, and customer feedback to optimize products and identify areas for improvement.
  • Product Lifecycle Management: Help manage the product lifecycle, including pricing, promotional strategies, and end-of-life decisions.

Requirements:

  • Master's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 4-5 years of experience in product category management, marketing, or a related field (preferably within consumer goods or appliances).
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally with multiple teams.
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
