System Engineer for Integrated Logistics and Reliability

We are seeking a skilled system engineer to join our engineering team. As a system engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the reliability, availability, and maintainability of systems and equipment throughout their life cycle.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain integrated logistics support plans tailored to project and customer requirements.
  • Conduct reliability, availability, and maintainability analyses, including failure modes, effects, and criticality analysis (FMECA).
  • Perform supportability and maintainability analyses to optimize system support.
  • Plan and execute preventive and corrective maintenance strategies.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation, including manuals and logistics records.
  • Collaborate with engineering, logistics, and procurement departments to align ILS/RAM efforts.
  • Monitor system performance and recommend corrective measures.
  • Provide logistics support and training to customers and end-users.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Computer Engineering.
  • Prior experience in defence, MINDEF, or naval projects is preferred.
  • Knowledge and hands-on experience in ILS methodologies and defence logistics lifecycle.
  • Ability to interpret technical drawings and work closely with designers on maintenance requirements.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools.
  • Strong interpersonal and project coordination skills.
  • Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
