  • Patient Registration: Schedule appointments accurately and manage patient registration processes.
  • Administrative Support: Handle incoming phone calls promptly, address enquiries effectively, and support other administrative functions as needed.

Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Good communication and interpersonal skills are essential to provide high-quality customer service and work effectively with colleagues.
  • Administrative Experience: Prior experience in a clinic or healthcare setting is an advantage but not required.
