Job Description

As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in driving corporate strategy and planning across various regions. Your primary responsibility will be to identify and analyze business challenges, develop actionable plans to address these challenges, and monitor progress.

The ideal candidate should possess a deep understanding of the competitive landscape, regulatory environment, and market trends in southeast Asia and India. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to formulate and implement strategic initiatives that drive sustainable growth and regional contributions.

You will have the opportunity to translate regional strategies into actionable plans for SEAI companies, define 'to-Be' scenarios based on identified challenges and opportunities, and promote strategy awareness among regional leadership and employees.

In addition to your analytical and research skills, you should possess strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence key stakeholders. You will frequently travel within the region to collaborate with relevant departments and assess and manage strategic and operational risks.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in corporate strategy, sales, or business development within southeast Asia, India, or other regions;
  • Experience in corporate, business, and functional strategy development, with a proven ability to lead strategic initiatives across multiple divisions;
  • Understanding of the competitive landscape and regulatory environment in southeast Asia and India;
  • Familiarity with strategic frameworks and data-driven approaches to strategic planning and execution;
  • Strong analytical, research, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence key stakeholders.
