Key Responsibilities:
  • Pick and pack customer orders with precision and speed
  • Load and unload goods from vans, maintaining a safe and organized workspace
  • Deliver orders to customers' doorsteps within a specified timeframe, providing exceptional customer service
  • Collect and receive goods to the warehouse, adhering to established processes
  • Maintain a positive and professional attitude, building strong relationships with customers and colleagues
Requirements:
  • Valid Singapore Class 3A or Class 3 driving license with at least 2 years of driving experience
  • No van ownership required; a company vehicle will be allocated for delivery work
  • Positive attitude, helpful, friendly, courteous, responsive, timely, and accountable
  • Able to carry and lift goods (0.5 to 15kg) for a while to put on a trolley
  • Able to speak and read English
  • Able to use Google Map/Waze and Whatsapp
