Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and friendly individual to join our team as a counter service professional. As a key member of our front-line staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service by attending to orders in a timely and efficient manner.

 

  • You will perform cashiering duties, manage counter operations, and ensure seamless transactions while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Your role will involve assisting with food preparation, including making desserts, cutting fruits, preparing dim sum, and beverages. Training will be provided to ensure you have the necessary skills to excel in this area.
  • You will also support additional tasks as assigned by your supervisor, promoting teamwork and efficiency throughout the organization.
