We are a dynamic and innovative digital media company specializing in content creator management, content creation, and brand partnerships. Our focus is on managing live streamers, gamers, and social media creators with a rapidly growing presence on Instagram and TikTok.

Key Responsibilities:Career Development & Strategy

As a Content Creator & Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for creating a long-term career plan for the talent, aligning their goals with industry trends and opportunities. This includes advising on skill development, personal branding, and market positioning to maximize their potential and appeal.

  • Develop and implement strategies to ensure the talent stays relevant by identifying growth areas like new media platforms, collaborations, or unique content creation.
Contract Negotiation, Representation, & Pitching Opportunities

You will act as the talent's representative, negotiating favorable contracts for sponsorships, collaborations, and partnerships. This includes actively pitching the talent to brands, companies, and media outlets to secure new opportunities, collaborations, and projects.

  • Ensure all agreements align with the talent's goals and personal brand, securing the best financial and promotional outcomes.
Relationship & Project Management

You will build and maintain relationships with key industry stakeholders such as brands, production companies, and media outlets. This includes overseeing and coordinating the execution of projects, brand collaborations, media appearances, and events to ensure smooth operations and alignment with the talent's image.

  • Proactively seek new opportunities that elevate the talent's profile and create a steady stream of work.
Marketing, Public Relations & Schedule Management

You will develop and implement strategies to promote the talent, managing their public image across social media and press. This includes organizing and managing the talent's schedules, ensuring that events, meetings, and appearances are properly coordinated.

  • Collaborate on content creation, media appearances, and strategic partnerships to boost visibility and engagement.
Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience in content creator management, social media management, or a related field.
  • A strong interest in content creator marketing and social media trends, with a willingness to learn and grow in the role.
  • Basic understanding of social media platforms, especially Instagram and TikTok, and how they are used for content creator marketing.
  • Good communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders.
  • Creative thinker with an interest in developing and executing new ideas.
