Global Marketing Leader for Asia-Pacific Markets

NTT DATA is seeking a seasoned Global Field Marketing Manager to spearhead marketing efforts in the Asia-Pacific region. This role will play a critical part in developing and executing regional marketing strategies that drive business growth and brand awareness.About NTT DATA

- Develop annual marketing plans and activities in conjunction with regional sales leaders and global marketing teams.
- Execute global campaigns in key APAC markets, working closely with global campaign teams to implement and report on performance.
- Manage and run all key marketing and sales events in the region, collaborating with sales teams to optimize attendance and measurement.
- Sales Acceleration: work closely with sales teams to develop new programs and activities supporting sales acceleration and driving closed business.
- Budget Management: collaborate with global marketing teams to create and manage marketing spend in the APAC region, tracking and analyzing ROI.
- Content Creation: ensure up-to-date sales and product content for the APAC region, working closely with product teams.
- Market Research: act as region expert for data center market information, including competitors and market presence.
- Marketing analysis and reporting: develop and deliver monthly marketing reports, tracking and reporting on marketing ROI across programs and campaigns.
Requirements
- Advanced understanding of marketing best practices across inbound and outbound channels to engage customers.
- Advanced knowledge of marketing, digital marketing, and data-driven decision making.
- Creative thinker with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to make decisions in a changing environment and anticipate future needs.
- Energetic, flexible, collaborative, and proactive; a leader who can positively and productively impact tactical initiatives.
- Excellent written, oral, interpersonal, and presentation skills, effectively interfacing with senior management and staff.
- Ability to prioritize work and manage multiple projects within required deadlines.
- Uses evaluation, judgment, and interpretation to select the right course of action.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Marketing Management or a related field.
- Minimum 10 years' experience in marketing and working on global teams.
- Advanced proven work experience as a Field Marketing Manager.
- Hands-on experience with marketing service delivery software, marketing automation tools (Eloqua, Marketo, Pardot), CRM tools (SFDC), Power BI, Domo, ABM/Intent tools (Lead Forensics, Terminus, Demandbase).
What We Offer
- $120,000 - $150,000 per year based on experience.
- A remote working environment with 10% travel.
