About the Role

As a Principal Finance Executive, you will be responsible for the accurate and prompt reconciliation of revenue collection. You will work closely with our business users to perform daily reconciliation and accounting via SAP financial system for collections from Payment Service Providers and Card Managers.

You will also be responsible for processing refunds and ensuring these refunds with the necessary approvals are processed promptly. Additionally, you will manage and monitor the status of dispute cases raised by our customers and confirm that these are concluded within Payment Service Provider's SLA.

Other key responsibilities include preparing and submitting monthly claims from Card Managers on amount owing to LTA, monitoring that these claims are credited back to LTA on time, and preparing monthly journals for approval.

Requirements
  • Diploma in Accountancy or holder of other professional qualifications in finance
  • At least 1 year of experience in Accounts Receivable / Collection functions
  • Experience in SAP is advantageous
  • Positive attitude with a strong passion to learn and contribute to the organisation
  • Able to work in team and perform under pressure with tight timelines
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
