Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Tax Associate to join our team. As a key member of our Global Mobility Tax team, you will play a critical role in providing tax compliance and consulting services to multinational organizations and their employees.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of global tax regulations and be able to provide expert advice on tax-efficient structuring of employee assignments and compensation packages. You will work closely with clients, HR, and payroll departments to ensure seamless service delivery and provide tailored tax solutions to meet their business needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide tax compliance and consulting services to multinational organizations and their employees.
  • Manage tax equalisation calculations and hypothetical tax assessments for expatriates.
  • Monitor and ensure timely submission of personal tax returns and payments.
  • Provide tax advisory services to clients regarding international tax issues.
  • Advise clients on tax-efficient structuring of employee assignments and compensation packages.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of global mobility policies and procedures.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 6 months to 2 years of experience in Singapore tax preferred, with a focus on individual tax compliance and consulting.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google.
