Support Research Publication

Join our team of publication specialists and contribute to the dissemination of scientific research worldwide. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the editorial process of academic research journals in your field of expertise.

The position involves organizing peer review for submitted manuscripts and coordinating editorial decisions. You will also handle email communication between parties involved in the publication process and collaborate with other members of the editorial team and production team.

To ensure that scholarly articles are accurately edited and published on time, you must have strong organizational and time management skills, as well as a high degree of attention to detail. Additionally, you should possess strong English language skills in both written and spoken forms, as well as ability to multitask.

A bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required, along with advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications. Prior research or lab experience is an advantage, while prior editorial experience is desirable but not necessary. We welcome fresh graduates who are eager to apply their knowledge in a real-world setting.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Biology, Chemistry, Engineering, Physics, Computer Science, Materials Science, Agriculture, Medicine and Pharmacy, Ecology and Environmental Sciences, Social Sciences, Humanities, Linguistics, Education Science etc.
  • Advanced knowledge of MS office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Strong English skills in written and spoken language
  • Ability to multi-task, attention to detail
  • Organizational and time management skills
  • Strong communication and coordination skills
  • Prior research and/or lab experience in relevant academic fields
