Job Title: Front of House Ambassador

Role Overview:

We are seeking a Guest Experience Professional to join our Front of House team. As a key member of our reservations team, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, setting the tone for an exceptional dining experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet guests promptly and make them feel welcome
  • Manage reservations efficiently through various channels
  • Collaborate with Managers to arrange seat plans for each service
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our menu offerings and seasonal produce
  • Provide personalized service to our guests, addressing their needs and preferences
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues to ensure seamless delivery of services

Required Skills:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work well under pressure and maintain a calm demeanor
  • Familiarity with hospitality industry standards and practices
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
