Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Product Development Lead to drive the growth of our digital platforms in Singapore. This role will take ownership of product vision, strategy, and execution across multiple digital platforms. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and user-centric solutions that drive measurable business impact.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create and communicate product vision, strategy, and roadmap, ensuring alignment with company goals and market opportunities.
  • Lead cross-functional teams (engineering, design, operations, marketing) from ideation to launch, balancing business needs, user experience, and technical feasibility.
  • Own the full product lifecycle — from requirements gathering and PRD documentation to launch, iteration, and performance tracking.
  • Establish and monitor KPIs to measure product adoption, engagement, and ROI, enabling data-driven decision-making.
  • Collaborate with external partners and stakeholders to integrate third-party solutions and expand the product ecosystem.
Required Skills and Qualifications:Management Skills:
  • Data-driven mindset; proficiency in tools such as SQL, Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or Amplitude.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Fluency in English and Mandarin, as the role requires regular communication with Chinese-speaking clients and stakeholders.Education:
    • Diploma and above in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field.
