Contract Management Specialist Role Overview:

We are seeking a Contract Management Specialist to join our team. This role is responsible for handling contracts and progress claims, as well as assisting the manager on contractual matters and variation claims.

  • Liaise with consultants on contract-related issues;
  • Assessment and preparation of sub-contractor's claim;
  • Responsible for the preparation of final accounts;
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Diploma in Quantity Surveying or a related field (e.g., Construction Management, Civil Engineering);
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience working as a Quantity Surveyor in the construction industry (preferably in Singapore);
  • Strong understanding of construction estimating methods, cost control principles, and procurement processes;
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will have the following key responsibilities:

  1. Handling contracts and progress claims;
  2. Assisting the manager on contractual matters and variation claims;
  3. Supporting the manager in requesting quotations, cost estimation, and preparing cost comparisons;
  4. Liaising with consultants on contract-related issues;
  5. Assessment and preparation of sub-contractor's claim;
  6. Responsible for the preparation of final accounts;
