Senior Software Development Expert

We are seeking an experienced Senior Software Development Expert to lead our team in developing and maintaining cutting-edge software solutions. Our ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development, with expertise in Java, Angular, Spring Boot, and REST API.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Leading technology and conceptualizing design and architectural evolution.
  • Developing high-quality source code complying with deadlines and coding standards.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Incidents and Requests Management: Communicate effectively, analyse enhancement requests and bug-fixes, document deliveries.
  • Change Management: Apply monthly release strategy, support the release roadmap in production.
  • Operations Management: Application support at level 3 (expert), troubleshoot and fix issues.
  • Continuous Improvement: Process improvements.

Required skills and qualifications include:

  • 12+ years of software development experience.
  • 8+ years of experience working with Java, Angular, AG Grid, Spring Boot, REST API, Kafka, and SOLACE.
  • Strong knowledge of various design patterns.
  • A strong understanding of recent Java language features.
  • Good knowledge of algorithms and data structures.
  • Strong ability to analyse code.
  • Experience with MAVEN, GIT, writing and maintaining integration tests.
  • Good knowledge of SQL or an SQL-inspired dialect.
  • Experience in cloud native architecture.
  • Docker/Kubernetes, Microservices.
  • Gitlab, Jenkins, and Ansible with exposure to DevOps culture.
  • Jira or a similar issue-tracking system.

Nice-to-have skills include:

  • Web development fundamentals.
  • Strong familiarity with Linux and bash.
