Senior Associate Compliance Specialist Job

A leading asset management fund seeks a Senior Associate compliance specialist to join the APAC team.

  • Provide compliance support to the business in APAC.
  • Manage investor relations, relationship managers and other senior stakeholders.

You will be responsible for providing compliance guidance, review and oversight of marketing materials and external communications. This includes fund marketing decks, DDQs, press releases, RFPs, data rooms, webinars, investor reports and annual investor meeting materials, as well as translations of these materials into local languages.

You will also provide compliance guidance, review and oversight of cross-border marketing and fund distribution activities in APAC, including fund registrations and offering exemptions, and investor qualification matters. This includes reviewing supporting documentation.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree with 5-10 years of work experience working in-house in a compliance team with a fund manager/asset management company.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
