Senior Laboratory Specialist

As a laboratory professional, you will play a vital role in ensuring the quality and efficiency of our laboratory operations.
Key Responsibilities- Mentoring and cross-training staff with standardized training programs and documentation to ensure continuity and consistency.
- Implementing required quality management systems to guarantee customer work scope, results, and team performance meet approved standards and organizational requirements.
- Participating in cost, quality, and efficiency improvement initiatives driven by the team lead to optimize laboratory performance.
- Coordinating and ensuring timely calibration of laboratory equipment to maintain precision and accuracy.
- Maintaining good laboratory housekeeping with the team to promote a clean and safe working environment.
- Compounding perfumes and selecting materials as per formulation to meet specific requirements.
- Updating compounding information in the Electronic Lab Notebook to ensure accurate records.
- Ensuring clean tools are used for weighing to prevent contamination.
- Preparing for odor evaluations to ensure accurate assessments.
- Maintaining End-to-End (E2E) service of material management to streamline processes.
- Supporting the shipping of compounded materials with complete shipping documents to ensure compliance.
- Operating and maintaining the Contexa robot to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Diploma in Chemistry, Cosmetic Sciences, Chemical Engineering, Pharmaceutical Science, or Food Science.
- Some experience or internship in a laboratory setting would be beneficial.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are essential, along with the ability to work well under pressure. A motivated and enthusiastic individual who is passionate about laboratory work is encouraged to apply.
