Workforce Development Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Workforce Management Developer to join our team. This is a 6-month contract role based in a work-from-home setup.

In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining workforce management solutions utilizing SumTotal's suite of tools.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Developing custom solutions and integrations using SumTotal Workforce Management tools
  • Assisting in the implementation of SumTotal Workforce Management modules such as Time & Attendance, Scheduling, and Absence Management
  • Customizing SumTotal applications to align with specific business requirements
  • Providing ongoing support and maintenance for SumTotal Workforce Management systems
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure effective implementation and optimization of workforce management processes
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Proven experience in developing and implementing workforce management solutions, particularly with SumTotal
  • Proficiency in programming languages like Java, SQL, and scripting languages
  • Experience with SumTotal APIs and integration tools
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
