Senior Data Analyst - Data Governance

Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Senior Data Analyst to join our team in designing and implementing the Data Management and Governance Framework. The successful candidate will work closely with stakeholders to embed operational processes, measure and report effectiveness, and drive the closure of data quality gaps.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement the Data Management and Governance Framework and policies.
  • Work with stakeholders to embed operational processes and support policy objectives.
  • Measure and report the effectiveness of the Framework and policies to senior management.
  • Review results of the Data Quality scorecards, prioritize gaps for closure, and identify owners and track status.
  • Support the secretariat role of bank-wide forums/committees.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of related working experience in data governance, data management, or data quality.
  • Experience in data-related projects involving data analytics and process improvement initiatives.
  • General appreciation of data management and governance principles.
