**Job Description**
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced FA (Failure Analysis) professional to join our team at GOAL SETTERZ BUSINESS SOLUTIONS PTE. LTD.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electronics fault investigation, with the ability to operate advanced laboratory equipment and perform comprehensive failure analysis.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Operating FA laboratory equipment to support daily lab operations and handle additional assigned tasks.
- Performing general failure analysis, including electrical and physical FA, and assisting in developing new analysis techniques.
- Comfortably handling chemicals using appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Having preferred knowledge of mobile phones, computer hardware, and components.
- Testing knowledge and background will be advantageous.
- Exhibiting strong hands-on experience.
**Required Skills and Qualifications**
- A Higher NITEC/Diploma in Engineering.
- Proficiency in Chinese as it is necessary to liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients.
- Analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- The ability to work independently and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
- A positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Flexibility to work mid-weekend shifts and overtime if needed.
