Job Title: Customer Service Ambassador We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused individual to fill the role of Customer Service Ambassador. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to clients while handling reservation requests. Your attention to detail and ability to multitask will be essential in delivering seamless experiences to our valued customers. Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage reservations through phone, email, or online systems while maintaining accurate records of bookings, cancellations, and changes.
  • Monitor availability and optimize reservation schedules to maximize occupancy or capacity.
  • Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure smooth execution of services.
Responsibilities (Continued):
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries and provide professional support.
  • Handle complaints and resolve issues effectively and efficiently.
  • Guide clients through services, offers, and matters pertaining company policy.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
  • Work hand in hand with Ground Handling Agents to maintain service quality.
Administrative & Reporting:
  • Maintain customer databases and update reservation records.
  • Generate reports on reservations, sales, and customer feedback.
  • Assist in preparing promotional materials and communicating offers to clients.
Qualifications:
  • ITE Certification or equivalent is preferred. Qualification in a related field is advantageous.
  • Experience in a reservations or customer service role, preferably in the aviation industry.
  • Excellent communication skills in English. Holding additional languages is a plus.
  • Proficiency in reservation software and MS Office Suite.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
