UG M&E PTE. LTD. is seeking a highly skilled Senior Elect/Mech Quantity Surveyor to join our team. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for preparing tender submissions, cost reports, and cost plans, as well as evaluating tenders and administering contracts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare tender submissions, cost reports, and cost plans, and evaluate tenders to ensure compliance with project requirements.
  • Administer contracts from tender to pre-contract and post-contract stages, ensuring timely completion and adherence to project specifications.
  • Prepare tender clarifications, liaise with consultants, and attend site visits and tender briefings to ensure accurate and complete tender documentation.
  • Evaluate and review tender drawings for discrepancies and ensure that all tender documentation is complete and accurate.
  • Responsible for quantity take-offs, preparing bills of quantities, sourcing and selecting subcontractors, and liaising with vendors and suppliers.
  • Evaluate quotations from subcontractors and suppliers, ensuring compliance with tender requirements and project specifications.
  • Prepare cost estimations, technical data, and unit rates, and ensure timely submission of tender documentation.
  • Ensure all tender documentation is complete, accurate, and submitted within specified deadlines.
Requirements:
  • Degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering or Building Services.
  • Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or Building Services.
  • Minimum 5 years of QS experience related to Building Services, Mechanical, or Electrical services.
  • Proficient in MS Office software.
  • Proficient in Cubic Cost Software.
  • Good knowledge and experience in Design & Build Tender for M&E services is preferred.
  • A good team player with high level of professionalism and integrity.
