Job Title: IT Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced IT Manager to lead our technology team at AccorHotel. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in network administration, cybersecurity, and cloud-based solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the IT infrastructure and ensure smooth operation of the department

• Develop and implement innovative technology solutions to enhance guest experience

• Manage network and server administration, including troubleshooting and problem resolution

• Conduct capacity and performance studies to recommend appropriate action

• Assist in hardware and software evaluation tests and determine installation or upgrade schedule

• Administer and maintain network level support for Hotel, Bar, and Restaurant

• Ensure functional integration of network and database server software and LAN hardware/software components

• Perform fault isolation, problem determination, and problem resolution of standard set network and server problems

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field

• Minimum 5 years of IT experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role

• Technical skills: Proficiency in network administration, cybersecurity, and cloud-based solutions

• Problem-solving skills: Ability to troubleshoot and resolve IT issues quickly and efficiently

• Communication skills: Strong interpersonal skills to effectively train and support hotel staff on IT systems

• Project management: Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
