Job Title: Industry Development Executive

The role involves the implementation, monitoring, and evaluation of key programmes and policies to drive industry development.

A strong emphasis is placed on data capabilities, requiring close engagement with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful programme delivery.

This includes reporting to a Team Lead and contributing to a team responsible for enhancing the impact and effectiveness of industry development initiatives.

Responsibilities:
  • Programme Policy Review and Monitoring: Lead programme roll-out by engaging and coordinating with stakeholders to implement programmes and policies, ensuring accurate gathering and reporting of training statistics.
  • Drive data extraction and interpretation efforts to support programme interventions and delivery, leveraging data to inform strategic decisions.
  • Review and refine operational policies, identifying opportunities for process improvements to enhance programme efficiency.
  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations of programme impact, regularly reviewing and assessing programme effectiveness to inform strategic direction.
  • Spearhead CET interventions by collaborating with internal stakeholders to develop and execute sector-specific support plans.
Systems Coordination:
  • Oversee system transition activities, ensuring seamless data preparation, cleansing, and integrity for programmes, agreements, and courses in the Training Grant System.
  • Lead user requirements gathering and user acceptance testing to ensure system functionality aligns with strategic objectives.
Administrative and Financial Oversight:
  • Monitor and manage programme budgets, cashflow utilization, and project outcomes to ensure financial accountability and strategic alignment.
  • Oversee Customer Relationship Management (CRM) cases, ensuring timely and effective responses to enhance stakeholder satisfaction.
  • Review and maintain user permissions for various systems, ensuring security and accuracy.
Requirements:
  • Possess required competencies to execute job duties proficiently.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in programme management or industry development with a strong focus on data capabilities.
  • Experience in data analysis, interpretation, and strategic application.
  • Proven project management skills with a track record of successful programme implementation.
