Active Ageing Programme Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to lead our Active Ageing Centre (AAC) team as a Programme Executive (Supervisor).
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring compliance with service requirements, and leading programme planning, development, and implementation of initiatives promoting active and healthy ageing.
This role involves managing community outreach, volunteer engagement, and befriending initiatives while ensuring a safe and conducive environment for both staff and seniors.
The Programme Executive (Supervisor) will also handle administrative functions, monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), and work closely with internal and external stakeholders to enhance community partnerships.
Additionally, providing leadership and guidance to staff, ensuring effective service delivery and continuous improvement in AAC operations.
Key Responsibilities- General Operations & Compliance:
- Oversee the daily operations of the AAC, ensuring compliance with operational guidelines, safety protocols, and service requirements;
- Ensure that the centre meets all operational standards, directives, KPIs, and MOH healthcare directives;
- Supervise and support team members in handling crises and reporting procedures effectively;
- Provide guidance on operational best practices and ensure adherence to centre policies.
- Programme Planning & Development:
- Lead the strategic planning and development of programmes aligned with the 5 domains of Active Ageing Programme (AAP): Physical, Cognitive, Social, Learning, and Volunteerism;
